So here we are in the middle of another nasty, cold winter with snow on the ground and endless reports of more on the way. Cabin fever hit you about three weeks ago and you want to get outside to run, walk, play, or bike, anything to get out of the house. You decided on New Year's Day that this is the year you're going to start taking better care of yourself [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] but you're trapped indoors by the frozen tundra that used to be your front yard.
Hang on gang, all is not lost. Here are some helpful tips on how to maintain a fitness regimen while indoors or get one started.

That's what this is all for. Not just to achieve old age, but your ability to function during that age is what we're are focused on here.

The only problem with Hotel Villa Igiea is that it's not a great place for people who aren't fond of crowds. The hotel has double the rooms that Grand Hotel Wagner has. Even so, the amenities of the hotel are really enjoyable and much more accommodating.
