Here is first proposal to logo from Dime. Second will be make by my friend in september.

not bad really, but maybe try to put the wave behind the E, now it looks like more like a F^^
or we should leave the e out and write eurolanche on the avs wave

looks great....but maybe, it would look little better, if the avalanche comes out in the mid-section of the "E" and not in the bottom-section. and maybe around this logo the european-boarder around this logo would look great too.
(I am not very good in designing graphics on the pc, so I can only describe my ideas...)

I have another idea:

what about having europe like this on the logo: (dado will post the link right afterwards)
.....but, all the countries are burgundy-red (like the avalanche-jersey), and in front of this burgundy-red europe, there is written "Eurolanche" on it, but diagonal (from left top to right bottom) in the same way and in the same letters, like "colorado" on the 3rd jerseys....

could somebody realize that?? would be interesting to watch

(or maybe changing colours: colorado-blue europe and wine red "eurolanche" on it diagonal in a 3rd-jersey-style)

any thoughts to this?

IMO, the first one looks lot better:
1st, the avalanche out of the mid-section is cooler
2nd the blue in the scoend graphic isnt exactly the avalanche-blue
